By accessing or using Scribbl, you agree to these draft terms and the policies linked from the site footer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Scribbl promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The public Scribbl website provides business information, demo booking links, sample requests, illustrative planning tools and policy pages. Submitting an enquiry or sample request does not create a campaign, quote or production commitment by itself.

Where self-serve personalization is enabled, Scribbl provides tools to configure correspondence formats, materials, and message content. Published catalogue items, pricing, and options may change. Availability is subject to active product configuration.

You are responsible for the content of messages you submit, including compliance with applicable laws and respect for recipients. Scribbl may refuse or cancel orders or campaigns that contain prohibited or unsuitable content.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legibility of recipient postal details. Scribbl does not currently provide automated address verification in the customer flow.

Where catalogue checkout is enabled, configuration pricing is calculated server-side from active product settings. For managed business campaigns, Scribbl prepares campaign-specific pricing after reviewing scope. Totals shown before payment may change if configuration changes.

Postage estimates or campaign postage amounts depend on destination, format and mailing configuration. Postage estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Where checkout is enabled, payments are processed through Stripe. Live payment availability depends on approved business and legal controls. Payment terms for managed campaigns are confirmed with campaign-specific pricing until an approved B2B payment policy is published.

Optional preferred arrival dates are planning aids only. They do not create a guaranteed delivery date or service-level commitment.

Production and mailing timing depend on campaign or order scope, materials, personalisation and operational capacity. Timing is confirmed during planning and is not published here as a fixed SLA.

Cancellation and refund terms remain subject to approved policy. Until an approved B2B campaign cancellation and refund policy is published, campaign-specific terms are confirmed separately. See also the draft refund policy page where published.

Final limitation-of-liability language requires legal approval. Until then, Scribbl provides the platform and services on the draft basis described in these pages and related policies.
