Campaign requirements are reviewed before production. Pricing and specifications are confirmed separately for the agreed campaign scope. Recipient data may require review during preparation.

Production begins only after the required proof approval. Revisions may require a new proof. Approved versions are recorded so production follows the agreed proof.

Production requirements depend on volume, personalisation and materials. Timing is confirmed for the specific campaign rather than published as a fixed turnaround promise.

Scribbl prepares approved mail for mailing according to the agreed campaign scope. Mailing availability and method may depend on location and campaign requirements.

Mailed means Scribbl has completed the agreed mailing handoff or mailing preparation step. It does not mean the recipient has received or opened the item. It does not represent real-time carrier tracking.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate recipient information. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay fulfilment or result in undeliverable mail.

Scribbl does not currently promise automated postal-address verification.

Production queues, materials, postage processing and carrier handling can affect timing. Scribbl does not create guaranteed delivery dates or carrier commitments on this page.

Where catalogue checkout is enabled, supported destinations depend on active mailing configuration. For managed campaigns, serviceable destinations are confirmed during campaign planning.

Scribbl does not provide live postal or carrier tracking in the current service. Campaign status communication covers Scribbl’s operational milestones, including when a campaign has been marked as mailed.

Campaigns must comply with applicable law. Scribbl may decline unsuitable or unlawful content. A formal restricted-content policy will be published after client and legal approval.

Campaign-specific cancellation and refund terms are confirmed separately until an approved policy exists. This page does not invent cancellation windows, deposits or refund schedules.
